As we come to the end of another year, I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the professionalism, the work ethic and the quality of work your people have produced on the projects we have done together in the Boca Raton area.

Starting back in the spring of 2008 in BridgePointe at Broken Sound, then on to Ashbourne at The Polo Club and then to Cypress Isle in the Polo Club, each project was completed on time, on budget and with a great deal of praise from the unit owners. Over 200 condominium units were repaired to the complete satisfaction of every unit owner.

Your employees have shown they are fully competent at repairing the structural steel posts, making repairs to the structural concrete beams, removing and re-installing many types of hurricane shutters, a variety of sliding glass door systems as well as furnishing and installing the new screen enclosure systems.

As you know it is critical to my business to deliver a project on time and on budget and I have total confidence in Don Hennegar and the rest of your men on this, the East side of Florida. And, your skillful bidding has made you the company of choice for yet another group of condominiums.

I’m very glad, even with all that experience, that you have continued to be competitive and I’m looking forward to another 2 years of projects here in Nassau Bay in Broken Sound and Clubside at Boca West. When completed these properties will bring our total to over 350 units that we’ve worked together on.
