The Condominium on the Bay Tower 1 Association engaged Complete General Contracting to paint the exterior of our building and make necessary repairs. The building is an 18-story condominium with 140 individual units, a parking garage, and an upper parking deck.

Bob Clark was the Foreman on the job. We could not have asked for a more professional and dedicated person to do this work. Mr. Clark dealt respectfully with our Engineer of Work, Board members, our General Manager and our residents and responded to their problems in an efficient and understanding manner. His management of the crew and his knowledge of paint application, stucco and concrete repair were obvious from day one and contributed to a successful completion of the job.
