Seagate of Highland Condominiums, Inc. is comprised of four ten story high rise buildings with a total of 316 units.

After a comprehensive search, we awarded a four million dollar contract to Complete Aluminum. The project consisted of the removal of screen walls, sliding glass doors and repair of damaged balcony concrete. After the concrete repairs were completed, Complete· Aluminum reinstalled many of the old sliding glass doors successfully.

Additionally, Complete installed over 200 sets of WinDoor® Series 8000 sliding glass doors and installed 316 new Anodized Plus® white screen wall.

In my 30 years of property management I have never had a project of this size run as smooth as this project. Their superintendent, Don Hennegar, addressed all concerns and questions from our residents in a courteous and timely manner. The jobsite was clean and safe while all work was being performed.                                                                                                          ·

One of the things that impressed me the most about this company is the fact that all work was performed by their employees and no subcontractors are used at any time. Due to the fact that Complete employs a multitude of trained employees, they were able to accelerate the schedule. The Board of Directors allowed them to proceed from Building B to Building C with no down time during the season. This allowed the work to be completed ahead of schedule and under budget. ·           ·

The project took approximately 18 months to complete and we came in under budget by approximately $180,000.00.

It is with my highest regard that I recommend Complete Aluminum/Complete General Contracting Group for your next restoration project.
