Seawatch on the Beach, our 20+ year old timeshare property, recently hired your firm to replace our windows with your product, Traco thermally broken insulated windows. Prior to this project, we also replaced our sliding doors. In addition, we have been aggressively managing our electric costs by raising temperatures in unoccupied units. The reduction in our electric costs have been beyond our most optimistic expectations. Our per unit monthly costs have dropped from a high of $170.00 per unit to

$104.00 per units, a savings of 38%. We believe that much of these savings were a result of the new windows. In addition, the new windows dramatically lowered outside noise, eliminating owner and guest complaints.
