This is a letter of recommendation for Complete Aluminum General Contractors, Inc. (CAGCI). CAGCI worked for Water Glades 100 Condominium Association, Inc. on a recent concrete spalling project. Water Glades is a Community of 256 condominium owners of three separate high rise buildings located on the Atlantic coast in Palm Beach County.

CAGCI upheld a very high level of professionalism while on site during the construction. The workers were well presented in their appearance and were skilled in the necessary areas of structural repair. The onsite supervisor was excellent at coordinating day to day operations and keeping the Water Glades administrative staff informed on daily work progression. The crew was always willing to handle issues that came up and never grudgingly did work when requested of them that was “out of the norm.” They stayed professional in attitude and workmanship through the entire project.

CAGCI also displayed excellent logistics in their set up, operation and demobilization of equipment and other items required to be onsite for the construction. They really seemed to care about the owner’s property, which is rare these days.

I have been the property manager of Water Glades since November 2007 and have worked with three concrete companies. CAGCI in my opinion is an “A” rated company. In addition to the concrete work, CAGCI also retrofitted several units with impact hurricane doors and windows. They are extremely skilled in this area and use methods of protection that is hard to match. Owners had nothing to worry about during the installation of the doors and windows as CAGCI protected everything in the unit by building plastic temporary dust walls…worked like a champ! Very few companies do this and very few companies put the care that CAGCI put into protecting the unit. In my 14 years of management of communities I consider CAGCI a top notch company and have no issue recommending them to any of my owners, my peers or other Boards.
